How does the monogram process work?

On any product page, tick 'Add a monogram or initials,' enter up to 3 letters or a short word, choose your thread color, font, and placement, then add to cart. We'll send a quick mockup by email within 1 business day before stitching begins.

Can I order something you don't have listed?

Yes — head to the Custom Order page and tell us what you have in mind. We work on bags, hats, hoodies, sweatshirts, napkins, sachets, baby pieces, wedding gifts, and more.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum for stocked products. For bulk custom orders (weddings, corporate gifts, events) we offer tiered pricing starting at 12 pieces.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. Once stitching has started on a custom piece, we can't cancel or change it.

How long until my order ships?

Stocked, non-personalized items ship in 3–5 business days. Pieces with a monogram or custom embroidery ship in 5–10 business days. Bulk orders are quoted individually.

Do you offer rush delivery?

Yes — add rush delivery in the Custom Order form or send us a note. Rush turnaround is 3 business days for a flat $25 fee, subject to current studio capacity.

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the United States via USPS. International shipping is available on request — email us for a quote.

How much does shipping cost?

Flat $6 for US orders. Free shipping on orders over $75. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Question 9

How should I wash embroidered pieces?

Accepted Answer

Turn the garment inside out and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softener — they can dull the thread.

Can I iron over embroidery?

Accepted Answer

Iron on the reverse side, or place a thin cotton cloth over the stitching. Never iron directly on top of embroidery.

What threads and materials do you use?

We use long-staple cotton and rayon embroidery threads on premium garment-grade fabrics. Linens are 100% European flax; sachets are filled with French lavender buds.

What's your return policy?

Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days in unused condition for a refund less shipping. Personalized and custom pieces are final sale — but if there's a defect or error on our end, we'll repair or remake it at no cost.

My order arrived damaged. What now?

Email hello@raemar.shop within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund right away.
